A new way to track the value of music and the creators behind it is needed to unlock the true potential value of the future music industry – MIDiA estimates this to be at least twice the current value by 2028. Emerging technological systems underpinned by the cloud and blockchain, such as Synchtank, Revelator and Utopia, are already adding value as alternatives to outdated industry infrastructures.
